Makro not sending goods that have been paid for

I placed a online order with Makro and the Carnival branch is responsible to fulfill the order. Its been over 2 weeks and the order is still outstanding, I called customer service numerous times and sent emails. Customer service tried contacting the carnival branch without any response. Seems Makro has no shame in taking your money and not providing the service nor goods. Starting to think they are becoming more like these **** websites.
