Makro not refunding money for cancelled order

I purchased an item online on 16 February 2026 and contacted the call centre, on 18 February 2026, to cancel the order as I no longer needed it. Multiple attempts to contact via email ended in much frustration. I phoned on 4th, 9th,11th and 13th March The only information I got in that the order is cancelled with the courier and Makro needs to refund me. On the 11th the agent I spoke to ensured me that I would receive a call from them on the 11th or 12th - no contact. On the 13th I was give a "direct" email address to send my complaint and still no reply. Makro has almost R4000 of my money for almost a month since my order was cancelled and I want it back!
