Makro not refunding me after countless calls and emails.

Makro doesn't want to refund Mr after they collected two of returned items and mixed them up. They want to force me to take back the items and log new return ticket which will result in the lapse of the 14 day return period. Its been over a month now and they took the returned items but no refund.
