Makro not refunding me
Still struggling with my refund. Makro's review in private to me: Please note that your refund has failed, and a confirmation from your bank is required for bank verifications in order to proceed with payments. I hope you will find the above in order. No I don't find this in order. Very convenient to you Makro. Just talked to the call centre and they told me "I must get the letter from the bank". HOW? WHAT DO I ASK THE BANK?

07 Aug 2024, 11:36Approaching a month now. I have also asked for alternative ways to refund me, but apparently only the original payment method. Really, you can't give me credits or alternaitve payment. If my cared details was valid when I had to pay you the money for the good, why do I need to provide you with "A VERIFICATION LETTER FROM THE BANK" to get a refund you owe me.

08 Aug 2024, 06:51I understand now why Makro only post private replies. It is because they are not solving the problem. I need to provide them with "a letter from the bank" to refund me. Where do you get such a letter I ask you? Moreover why did they not need "a letter from THE bank" when I paid them.
