Makro not refunding items bought online
I still have not received any resolutions to my previous complaints. Many many emails and calls.
It's two simple items that needs to be refunded but it is not getting done. I am beyond furious at this stage.

Its been a month.
False promises is all I get from Makro.
If you took my complaint serious it would have been solved weeks ago.
I have requested multiple times that I insist that a manager contacts me.. But nothing.
