Makro not refunding

Has anyone received their refunds from these *****s since Black Friday or festive holidays? Cause my order was cancelled in on 9/12/2024 & still haven’t received a cent of my money, these big companies think they can do what ever they want, they are thick as *******, they cancelled the order but don’t want to give my money back, I went to the Montage store several times but they are just as useless, never buy anything from Makro again that’s for sure! They cancelled my kids bike & he could get it for Bahia birthday or Christmas just imagine, I’m not taking them to CGSO but I’m not holding my breath, if I don’t come right ill have to get a good lawyer, but does anyone else have the same problem? If you do please email me kani****** so we can take them head on together,this mass mart ******* is not on, I’ve had enough, my kid is going back to school next week & still doesn’t have a bike! This is disgraceful & disgusting man. What’s worse is they **** & said the refund was done on 9/12/2024 it wasn’t I went to the store the second time & they did it that day again but clearly these cheats & ****s where throwing a wool over my eyes, Makro is a real low down dirty shame!
