MAKRO NOT PAYING REFUNDS

Placed an order online that never arrived then I requested a refund. Got a refund tax invoice was told 2 to 7 days for the money to be back in my account. Today it's the 22nd of October 2021 still no refund!!! I've been following up and being told my request has been escalated. I want my R2 880.00😡😡😡😡
