Makro not paying back refunds

In December we ordered groceries online. Not all groceries have been received and were supposed to get a refund. The refund has never been deposited back into our bank account and we have been struggling to get it refunded since 17 December 2024. Would not recommend ordering online as if a refund is supposed to take place, you will not receive your money back.
