Makro not paying attention to online purchases

On 2025-09-21 we purchased a kettle braai (******31x8.39) for special price of R599). On 2025-09-23 the delivery was received and when we eopebed the package to assemble the item we found that the item received was not the one we purchased. The item we received was a 17" which is way smaller tha the one we purchased.

Makro seriously did not pay attention to the online purchase and what was requested. Now the same item is not available online and the price will not be put on again. I request Makro to look into the matter and redeem the mistake on their side and come up with a solution to the problem I experienced.
