Makro not online!!

I ordered from Makro online, never received order, I had to follow up twice and now they canceled the order stating email explanation but no email. I now have to wait for a refund apparently of R1500 for up to 2 weeks!!! They promised to telephonically update on the order but never got that either....shocking 1st time experience!!
