Makro not honouring their warranty

I bought a bicycle last year Dec 2019, 2 months later I experienced problems with the wheels and form is unsteady. I took in for repairs as it is still under warranty, and I was given a bicycle which was not boxed and did not have a manual all of this I was told when I took it in for repairs.

I spoke to both Nebraska Bruintjiessa (Sales Manager.) and Sindi Lebotha (Manager) who promised to have the faulty bicycle fixed. I got a call on Tuesday 10 June 2020 after I had made countless calls queries regarding the status of the repair. I went to fetch my bicycle and it was still as I had left it on 7 March 2020, no repairs were done and nobody could assist me and they would not take it back.

I have been ****** off my hard earned cash and I am now sitting with a useless bicycle.

Can I please get assistance as this is totally against the CPA legislation.
