Makro not honouring Online purchased agreement

I made an order online on the 17th of July .Order number MAK077115 .I phoned numerous times and on the 24th I was informed that they will not be able to meet the SLA of 5 days as there is no stock but the of the item but the supplier would deliver on Tuesday the 28th of July and the store should have it delivered by the 29th of July and I should be able to collect the Item. Today the 29th of July I phoned and enquired as I heard nothing. then only to be told that the supplier will only deliver stock maybe next week .I am not happy as this was not the arrangement. I also checked online and there seems to be stock of the item at some stores according to the online check stock tool so know I want to know why are there not one shipped from there?
