Makro not fixing items under extended warranties

I logged a call 4 days ago to get my washing machine (under extended warranty) repaired and have received no response. No email or WhatsApp was sent me confirming my request for a repair. After 2 days I phoned Makro and was told a technician would contact us but this did not happen. Phoned Makro a second time. They could not give me a contact number or email address for this technician or company which is supposed to do these repairs. This is incredibly unprofessional and bad marketing for a company like Makro.
