Makro not delivering to their promises...

Placed an order online for a black Friday special. Was booked to be delivered to Carnival Makro. Online status showed it was ready for collection at Carnival. Upon calling in, was informed that this s in fact in Fourways and nobody bothered to call and advise of this change even though the website still showed Carnival... After several calls, a delivery was then arranged to deliver to my work... Now when I phone in to follow up, nobody knows of this and the phone gets put down in my ear... This is the worst experience I've had with an online order!!
