MAKRO NOT DELIVERING PAID-FOR ITEMS

I bought items from Makro liquor store online 3 months ago. These items have still not been delivered. After complaining two months later, I was informed that they were out of stock, notwithstanding the fact that the same items remain available for sale on the website! Not one single person from customer care has answered my numerous eMails.
