Makro not Delivering on Time

This year we as a family decided that we're going to buy in bulk and Makro was our first option. I placed my order on the 13th of December and received an email that my order is going to be split into 3 deliveries. On the 15th I got a email saying that my order is packed and they are waiting for it to be handed over to the Couriers. The delivery date was the 18th of December. Today is the 23rd and my order status still says "Packed". I tried to be patient, but today I am just over it. How long will I still have to wait?!? I think this will be my last time ordering from Makro.
