Makro not delivering on their promise

I ordered a set of samsung galaxy buds 3 that was on special at makro online on the 18th of November 2025 and paid for it via my card. They even gave a tracking number and you could track your purchase and delivery was supposed to be on the 24th of November 2025. On the site it showed to ship for more than 5 days and no one bothered to phone or update you how far it was in the process. On the 24th I had to call the callcentre (not them phoning me). They are sorry but they can not deliver as the website mentioned to hurry. So my order was canceled and they are going to refund me. Here is my question? On Thursday 2025 on their website they advertised the same again and that 5 was left according to the website so why was mine not delivered if they still had stock 4 days later. I was excited to receive it as I bought it for a specific reason just for them to deprive me of my excitement. Thanks a lot Makro for the disappointment
