Makro not delivering laptop

About 2 weeks ago I purchased a laptop online from Makro's website. I still have not received it. After a week they informed me that they do not have any items in stock and that I would receive my item yesterday(07/07/2015). Yesterday and today I mailed them asking what is going on and they have not rep****. <br> <br> Today(08/07/2015) I phoned them asking what is going on and they said they still do not have stock.<br> <br> My purchase reference number is : MAK073458
