Makro not delivering black friday parcel
Bought xmas presents for my children on black friday. Guarantees delivery before xmas. One day till xmas and no presents. Parcel is sitting in Middleburg. Timefreight middleburg doesnt answer phones. Makro website says parcel "delivered". I am at a loss for words. How many times must I phone. Promises, promises, promises to get back to me. Makro has ruined xmas!!! I am so stressed I cant enjoy all the xmas preperations

I'm going to wait and when I have the copy of waybill in my hand I am going to request that people contact me that have been through the same ordeal. I'm going to get everything together and a lawyer can have a field day with Makro. This **** ends NOW!!!
