Makro not delivering after 3 months

Makro order MAK***. Has not been delivered since November. I ordered 2 bottles of gin as a birthday presents to someone. One item was out of stock with I have been reimbursed for. The other item was handed to Wumdrop couriers. But I never received the order. I contacted bot Makro as well as Wumdrop. Wumdrop's excuse was because it's black Friday the order is late. That c vwas the last communication from them. Now mvylzv order number does not even exist anymorDe at Wumdrop. Makro does not answer my emails. This is theft. I want to be rei bursed or I want my item that I ordered. I am going to open a case of theft.
