Makro not correct price at item.

Its the second time I come to an item wherby the correct price is not with the item and when i query it, managent want to give a discount price and not the price that is with the item. And then they want to reveiw the CCTV to make sure the price was with the item and I did not change it myself. Any advice if this happens in future and what to do? Should they give the item to me at that price or am I just wasting my time in this regard?
