Makro not certain on what to sell or not

In this time of crisis, businesses like Makro does not much to assist the customers. As from 1 May, the Covid19 regulations has been amended so that more non essential items could be sold to the public. During the first 3 weeks of lockdown, we had a huge hail storm in Johannesburg that caused damage to property. Now I need to replace a dishwasher but Makro refuse to sell me one. You allowed to buy a lawnmower, power tools and vacuum cleaners but not a dishwasher. How does this make sense. Not one Makro employee could tell me why. It's clearly not a list that was given by government, because some other shops sell appliances, why not Makro?
