Makro not assisting with query

Makro has been staling my query deliberatly for much longer than necesarry, their in store policy is openly contradicting to cpa section 56 subsection 2, their management is plain rude and refuse to assist customers, they have zero regard to peoples disabilities, they knowingly have different prices than advertised and only the customers that query pays the fair price.
