Makro not accountable

I bought an LG Smart TV from Makro less than a year later the TV just died. I took it in to Makro they then sent it to LG for repairs. I noticed some differences in the software but didn’t pay it much mind I was happy it worked again. Show max then started becoming a thing and I wanted in on that, only to discover that my TV now could not link up with showman due to an outdated motherboard this is according to an LG tech via the LG whatsapp support system. I went in to Makro and was told that this is not a Makro problem but am LG problem and I must contact them they linked me up with the company that handled the repair and the supervisor eluded that it was not his problem this is the part that LG had sent him. Makro basically just washed their hands of me as though I went into an LG shop and bought the TV. I cannot pay R10 000 for something that I cannot enjoy the full benefit of this need to be sorted out ASAP
