Makro nor The Courier Guy knows where the parcel is

Good Day,

I ordered a Parcel from Makro via a 3rd Party Seller and The Courier Guy Picked up the parcel on the 30th of August 2024. But no one at Makro or The Courier Guy could tell me where my parcel is.

I spoke to over 10 different people at Makro and The Courier Guy and no one knows where the parcel is.

From researching can see other people have the same issue and neither Makro or The Courier Guy really cares.
