Makro nor refunding for cancelled order

On the 7/09 I placed an order with Makro, order MAK***. On the 09/09 I got a message some items we needed were out of stock and a refund of R395 was done. Seeing that the items out of stock were what we needed, we then advised Makro to rather cancel the entire order and proceed to refund the difference of R740.93. It’s been almost 3 weeks now trying to get this refund and everyone keeps saying the refund has been processed but the money is nowhere to be found in our account. I’ve asked for proof of payment to see where exactly the money was refunded to, that is also not forthcoming, I don’t know how else to get Makro to refund this R740
