Makro nor delivering an order

Makro has failed to deliver my order and instead of communicating they are quiet. I have had to call and be sent from post to pillar without any resolution. Today someone was supposed to call me back but nothing and they have not responded to my whatsapp text. An order tgat was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 28th and to today is the 3rd.
