Makro: non existent customer service

Makro customer service is non existent. I am following up every second day on items that were omitted from the delivery for an order I placed and paid for early December 2024. To date (mid January 2025) I have only received one email reply. The issue was escalated to the relevant store, but nobody from customer service is following up on the issue and nobody from customer service is making any effort to give me any feedback. They promise they would phone back, but never do. I have always enjoyed shopping at Makro, but having to deal with their customer service has been an absolute nightmare.
