MAKRO NON DELIVERY OF ONLINE PURCHASE

Dont shop online with Makro!!!! Several emails, phone calls later , whatsapp chats with Makro chatbot which is useless too, inbox with WumDrop whi is Makros courier service..... Nobody can deliver my order placed 2nd December.... They are in breach of the order contract... Their service level is ouy the window. They put me out of pocket as i had to fo buy the same product elsewhere.

I am still waiting for someone to call me back from Makro. Last person I spoke to was a lady named Ashley, at the call center after holding on for the longest time,wasting my airtime. She promised me that someone would make contact.

WumDrop have said it's the TOTI branch who have failed to have the order ready on 3 attempts for collection???? Makro says its with the courier..... Who do i believe???

There are several others complaining on Makros page and they dont have the decency to responsd.
