Makro Non-Delivery

I recently purchased a new oven and hob from Makro. DEFY DCB896 Box Set Bundle (DBO489 & DHD406). Payment was cleared immediately. The order was confirmed on the 4th January 2022. Estimated delivery according to email is 2 - 5 days. Estimated delivery according to the website is 3 - 7 days. The units were only delivered on the 17th January 2022. That is 11 working days! Technically, it is 13 working days since Makro is open on Sundays as well.
