Makro Non Delivery

I am joining the incredibly long list of people who have not had their goods delivered or received any feedback. My reference is MAK717020. My status says it has been completed. Needless to say it has NOT been delivered. Tried phone, lines too busy, sent two mails, no response. Makro I trust someone with brains understands how much damage you are doing to your brand. Like many other people I too will be avoiding future business with Makro. Perhaps if we send a complaint to Walmart we may get a response, perhaps they know how important customer care is.
