Makro no stock bad attitude

Today I went to buy a Sodastream value pack as advertised. Makro Strubensvalley had 3 in stock but they could not find it. The person working at small appliances was not aware of the promotion and said to me that you always advertise these things and never tell them. The manager Marcelle Pretorius called Crown Mines and Woodmead . Woodmead had 34 in stock. We drove from Strubensvalley to Woodmead. The person in small appliances was aware of the promotion but told us there was no stock. Upon my insistence he checked the stock system and confirmed that there were 34 in stock. But he did not know where. He called Kobus, who told us there are 34 units in stock, but he too does not know where they are. The manager at Woodmead Reggie Munsamy was not at all interested. But he and Kobus ended up having a discussion in front of customers about how ****py the call centre is. We have wasted a good couple of hours in your stores, and have returned home without a Sodastream. <br> Why do you run promotions and not ensure that your staff are sufficiently informed? Why don't you have stock? Why don't the staff know where the stock is. Really Makro! I am appalled at your service.
