Makro NO SHOW after purchase gone wrong

I ordered 3 Smar****ches online on 16 December, it arrived on the 21st. On the same day I requested a refund of the watches on their website (as advised by their store), as 1 of the watches came with only 1 strap and also because it wasn't what I expected it to be.

Up until now, I have sent email upon email to them trying to find out when the items will be collected l, with ZERO response! PLEASE do yourselves a favor and NEVER use their online service. For a well-known establishment like Makro, one would think that they'll be ethical when doing business. Clearly this is not the case.

When you buy something, you expect that, firstly, the product will be what you wanted and secondly, a complete item will be appreciated. If I wanted to be ****med, I would've bought these on FB Marketplace!
