Makro - no service

I still await assistance and feedback on damaged item delivered to me as well as a second order whereby I still did not received it.

I phoned Makro Bloemfontein numerous times , I don't get feedback or no answer when I phone. Or they will say that someone will phone me back. I still did not receive any feedback, numerous WhatsApps and email were sent to the call centre. No feedback or clarity on order number MAK***

SECOND ORDER: MAK***

I did sent numerous emails as well as WhatsApp on a cupboard that was already damaged when the courier deliver it. After I did sent email with photos and proof they only repliek that they want photos etc - this after I already emailed the call centre numerous with all the details.

I still have no reply.
