Makro no response on selling factory rejects

Makro sold me a hisense freezer that only worked for 1 week. Received no feedback from Makro at all exept a stupid automated message. and got blocked from saying anything on social media. Makro is a bad retailer. They sell rejects report you on social media for asking when the problem will be solved.
