Makro no refund, only 3 months old!

Bought a laptop 3 months ago. And it does not work anymore. 3 months of not working! This is disgraceful. And now refusing to refund me. I dont want this product anymore. As I dont want future problems again. Is it so difficult to just refund me? Manager is Timothy
