Makro: No local order should take this long

I definitely should have read reviews before ordering online from Makro. I placed an order for a walking pad on 1 January. Today is 21 January. I have called, sent whatsapps. All I've been told is that the collection in Joburg was failed. And that the matter will be escalated. They keep telling me the same thing! Even sent an email that the matter has been transferred to the relevant department. That was FIVE DAYS AGO. How long does it take to ensure a driver collects my order??!!! It's coming from JOHANNESBURG!! NOT CHINA??? But even an order from China doesn't take this long! Nothing coming from Johannesburg is supposed to take this long! I want my order. But at this point I'm gonna have to cancel. But even that takes long, as I've seen from other reviews. Wish I could give a -1 star.

This place is unbelievable. Within 2 days of my review here, I was told that my order was picked up. Was told the name of the courier. Was told that my order was on its way. This morning, I am told that my order has been cancelled and that I will get a refund???? I've ordered from Makro before and things were much better. But the service I have received this time is not on. Fine, then. They can just give my money back. I hope they don't take long to process my refund so I can take my business elsewhere.
