Makro no integrity no honesty empty promises

First time ever using their online shopping. I first went into the store to find this product only for them to tell me its only online. signed up just so that I could purchase this ps4 controller for my son for Christmas. Also taking into account I knew it wouldn't be there for Christmas but it said 3 - 4 working days which would have been the week after Christmas. I have emailed no answer, called I can't get through. Went onto Makro's live chat and was told the order is directly from the supplier which is still closed. If this is the case they should have marked the unit as out of stock. Now my son will get his gift when, February only. I was supposed to get my refund in my account on the 12th of January already and nobody has come back to me regarding my money. Customer service sucks, integrity sucks, honesty nothing. Will never shop here ever again
