Makro no free delivery

Hi there, yesterday i added an item online for the amount of R449, i then received a pop up saying if i spend another R51 i will qualify for free delivery, which i then added something extra, i then received a notification stating Congratulations you have qualified for free delivery, this is nonsense i proceeded to checkout, then Makro says sorry but item can't be delivered nor kept in a locker, now i had no choice but to click on collect in store, what *******, they first said if i spend another R51 i will qualify for free delivery, which i received a notification stating "Congratulations you have qualified for a free delivery" so unacceptable.
