Makro no delivery of order for almost two weeks

I ordered from makro on the 27th of November today it’s the 9th of December and my order has not been delivered between them and their courier company I don’t know what goings on they always cancel my delivery without any proper explanation this order should have been by my house by the 1st of December I had to make other means to buy the stuff else where because how does one wait for food for almost two weeks… I have called makro I have used the wamdrop service chat no one is bothered hard enough to assist as I still have not received my order.
