Makro - No customer service

I went there on Wednesday (04/08/21) to buy a pool table. I asked for assistance and had to wait for the guy to get there. Once he arrived I told him that I wanted a certain pool table and I would like to have it delivered and assembled. He told me that neither Makro nor the delivery guys will assemble the table for me. I explained to him that I was living alone and asked how I (a woman) must pick up that heavy table. He turned around and walked away. SHAME ON YOU MAKRO!!!!! I take it that my money isn't good enouch to get just a little customer service. These past 2 months I've spend almost R70 000 in your store and this is the treatment I get. Pathetic!!!
