Makro nightmare

I ordered 5 airfryers from them, they delivered the wrong items on top of that the packaging was horribly damaged and one of the airfryers was crushed. They attended to my matter after I reported on hello Peter, they fetched their order from my house now they are taking forever to give me back my money. It’s been 3 weeks since they fetched their airfryers but no refund. I’ve been more than patient with them this nightmare has taken the whole month to resolve I’m so disappointed with Makro
