Makro new website is awful

I saw same complaint about new Makro website that is just horrible and Makro is not solving this issue. I no longer see my previous order. some products are missing. But when i access via Makro business site , all items are there, and the business online is what I was used to. The website is not user-friendly at all. I have stayed on phone calls with them with different call centre agents, even was referred to the manager, and I have sent emails. It is a disaster, not sure what they did. how come business online is okay. It's just bad bad bad.
