MAKRO NEW MARKET ALBERTON IS ***********, I HIGHLY UPSET

Makro needs to UP their game seriously, they dont take their customers serious.

I ordered cleaning stuff on the 6th of December, on the 7th I got notification that the delivery will be done and indeed a delivery was done but it was incomplete, 2boxes were delivered one of which was not items in my cart(must've been someone else's order) and in the other box 4of my items were there, meaning of the 25items ordered only 4were delivered. Makro was called and was assured they would deliver the next day, it's been a week without any delivery, no call from Makro with an update, nix. Instead they updated on the app that all Items have been delivered which is not true.

Makro needs to refund me my money and keep their stuff cos it's clear their incompetencey is on a high level, when I call all I get is the matter is escalated and the phone is dropped in my ear as if I owe them.

I am really upset as this is not the 1st time, they did the same thing in June also where they left out items when delivering.

Makro new market in Alberton, DO BETTER, TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT AND STOP THIS NONSENSE!!!!
