Makro never return my money for a broken purchase.
I bought item online it was 2 fans the one fans pole was broken and could not stand up. I didn't this purchase on 5 Jan. Makro delivered 15 Jan I sent it back the next day. The courier came on the 16 Jan. It is the 6 feb I have called 6 times they keep saying they waiting on the supplier. They have not returned my money and I have recieve no communication. Pathetic don't buy from makro online they have not refunded me for that broken good. [Request received] MAK*** -RMA: ***0 -Seller: HYPERHASH -Waybill: MMLA-***-R

I am still waiting no money was returned but the goods got taken back. I you not giving my money back then send me the broken stuff I will find someone else to help me fix it.

18 Feb 2025, 20:59Yeah been waiting for feedback since 18jan it's now 18 feb and I received nothing continuesly been told they escalating it's not cool. I want my money or the broken item that way I never spend my cash on nothing rather than makro keeping it for nothing.
