MAKRO: Never had a worse experience with an online store

I ordered a dvd player from makro about 3 weeks ago. When it arrived i found that picture quality was poor. It didn't except any of my USB disks and it wasn't region free as advertised on the internet. I immediately logged a return. I was s advertised on the internet. I immediately logged a return and was contacted by 2 different makro agents. The 2nd one asked me to send a picture of the item in original packaging so that arrangements for collection and refunds could be made. That was 9 days ago and up til now i haven't received any other communication from makro. The 14 day period for returns has passed now. Very disappointed with this company and will definitely never shop with them again. Will also discourage anyone to shop with them. My makro order number is mak***
