Makro Never buy from them
Never buy an appliance from MAKRO!!! If it is broken just after delivery they will refuse to refund or exchange the product. I just unpacked the fridge and informed them of the broken water dispencer that does not fit the fridge and water running out, they refuse to return an item less than 24hours old!!! Telling me its opened and second hand! Now I see on other platformes its not new to them to sell secondhand fridges as new ones! According to the NCA they must take it back, Makro think they are above the law. I am taking this matter further taking hard earned money for a nothing.

22 Feb 2022, 09:28I have been waiting since Saturday, according to my agreement with the consultant they would have exchanged it yesterday, yesterday I get an email for repairs?
I dont want to repair a brand new Item that is not suppose to be broken and suppose to function as it should. I asked for an replacement or my money back so that I can go buy elsewhere where I get customer care and assistance.
This should have been resolved already, not escelated over and over buying time.
