Makro .....never again
Order placed online 27 July its 13 Aug after numerous call centre incompetence still items missimg from my order...its supposed to be easy....I will never use Makro again.....online order was easy but delivery and constant missing items....you cant trust their delivery do a stock taking if everything

16 Aug 2022, 01:28Very nice words but apart from receiving a call from your call centre enquiring YET AGAIN !!! which items I did not receive after I have reported those items not delivered twice already with useless call centre references.....NO ACTION and NO DELIVERY....your reply above was 13 Aug note that 3days has yet again passed ......DAY 19 !!!!!! and still no delivery of goods I paid you for....shocking for a big company like Makro.....I think I should just accept that you practically stole my money due to your staff's incompetence to pack the right items before sending the delivery.Im waiting for your proffesional reply ......again without action......
