MAKRO NEVER AGAIN

Online Order placed on the 26th November. Delivery on Makro site saying delivery will happen within 10days. I placed the order earlier enough to get my goods on time before Christmas. It is now the 21st December still no order. It has taken me a week between Makro and Courier company to find my order. Makro keep saying its with the couriers and Courier company say they dont have it. Makro have been ignoring all my emails throughout this week. And phoning them is a nightmare. The same old story and someone will phone me back once I have gone through the whole painful process again. I eventually cancelled my order yesterday and demanded a refund. Only to be told that its takes seven days to refund. Even though they in breach. Not to worry that I needed the goods by Christmas. Now I phone to find out if refund is been processed. They tell me once again order is with Courier. The service I have received by Makro is absolutely disgusting. They can't treat the consumer like this. How much more do I to go through to get my money back. I was a very loyal customer of Makro - after this treatment I will rather go else where. I want my money back MAKRO - Order # MAK **********
