Makro Nelspruit

I visited makro Nelspruit to buy liquor stock, when the security was checking the slip she said one item was not payed for to my surprise because everything was on the trolley. The lady at the Till left and the security took the item off the trolley and told me that they were closed and in a hurry to catch the bus and a gentleman who also works at makro seconded the security and said "we are closed........if you don't like the service at makro you must go and buy elsewhere" the disregard from the security(Lilian) and the gentleman makes me ****ed to the core and yes the gentleman was right there are plenty of shops and I should start visiting them more often. I may be one complainant but the stinky attitude from the stuff will send alot more people away from your business. You should consider giving your staff customer care training they really need it.
